Use Summary Level Reports

These reports show sales data for Subway Series sandwiches compared to data about other sales. The reports can display data from a selected restaurant or from all restaurants that the multi-unit owner (MUO) owns.

The contents of these reports vary based on whether you select Open Stores or a particular restaurant location.

  • To sort the list of summary-level reports, click the arrowheads in a column header.

  • To select a report as a favorite, click the heart icon in the Favorites column. To remove your selection, click the heart icon again. When you click the Favorites column header, your favorite reports appear at the top of the reports list in alphabetical order and are followed by the other reports in alphabetical order. To return to the default order, click the Favorites column header again.

  • To generate a summary-level report, click the link for the report. Your browser opens a new tab to display the report data.

  • To set the dates for the report, select the start and end dates and then click Load.

  • To print reports, use the browser and select landscape orientation for best results.

  • To export the report data, click Export and select the appropriate format of CSV or Excel. LiveIQ Reporting generates a file in the selected format and downloads it to your device. You can then open, edit, and save the file as needed.

  • Some summary-level reports include a bar chart that appears below the table of data for the report. When you hover over a bar chart, the values for each bar appear on the graph. To change from a stacked bar chart to a standard bar chart, where this option is available, clear the Stacked Chart check box.
